Greetings from the camp chef. As we sit here after dinner and prepare our lists for the Kubbapalooza weekend, we’d like to know if anyone is avoiding certain foods – meat, wheat, etc? Please let us know.

We will have a sturdy mess tent for shelter from whatever the skys may bring. It even has sides if needed, so we’ll be able to schmooze in comfort.

Anyone looking for a great fish fry for dinner Friday? Lannon (right around the corner) is home to Mib’s and Viv’s, one of the top rated places for fish in WI. We recommend getting there by 5, or you’ll wait an hour!

Friday evening social at the Kubb Village (group campsite #6) with friendlies while daylight. Sponsored by Milwaukee Pretzel Company. Pretzels and beer, with accompaniments…Hummus, Obstzda, Honey Mustard and Spicy Mustard 😋 .

Saturday morning snacks provided by Gorilly Goods. Those delicious morsels of yum will be handed out at registration. Did you know Gorilly Goods has been an official snack food sponsor of the U.S. National Kubb Championship for 6 years?

Saturday Potluck Lunch at Kubb in the Kettle. KMK is grilling brats and dogs, as well as providing condiments, plates, napkins, and silverware. You bring a dish to pass (chips, pickles, veggies, dessert, stuff like that), and then we all eat everything.

Saturday post Kettle tournament Pizza Party. A variety of wood-fired pizzas, sponsored by Cottonwood Trailer Pie, along with beer and root beer sponsored by KMK.

Saturday night s’mores at the campfire.

Sunday post Beach tournament Corn Roast at the Kubb Village – along with Dutch oven Meatball Monkey Bread w/ Marinara. Bring your favorite beverage and join the party. The WI corn is at its sweet peak right now. 🌽

Monday morning buttery cinnamon twists on the campfire, and other goodies before departure.

All are welcome to the Kubb Village, whether you’re overnighting or not. Don’t forget to let us know of special food needs.

Reminder – the park is pet friendly 🐕
